Correll, President and Chief Executive Officer of Pennichuck Corporation, announced today that Pennichuck Corporation (Nasdaq: PNNW) has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed public offering of 500,000 shares of common stock. In addition, the underwriters will have an option to purchase up to an additional 75,000 shares of common stock from Pennichuck Corporation to cover any over-allotments. The book-running manager is Janney Montgomery Scott LLC and the co-manager is Edward D. Jones & Co., L.P. The Company is planning to use the proceeds obtained through the issuance of securities under the registration statement primarily to fund utility capital expenditures and for other general corporate purposes.
